Knock Knock Guardians: Queen / Raider Advantage Play Strategy

Manufacturer: AGS

How the advantage works

Knock Knock Guardians features two bonuses—the Symbol Change Bonus (represented by the cat on the left) and the Reel Grow Bonus (represented by the cat on the right). Each bonus has three upgrade levels, starting at level one and maxing out at level three:

Symbol Change Bonus

  • Level 1) All occurrences of one symbol are upgraded to the premium symbol during the bonus.

  • Level 2) All occurrences of two symbols are upgraded to the premium symbol during the bonus.

  • Level 3) All occurrences of three symbols are upgraded to the premium symbol during the bonus.

Reel Grow Bonus

  • Level 1) The bonus is played at 1024 ways (four high).

  • Level 2) The bonus is played at 3125 ways (five high).

  • Level 3) The bonus is played at 7776 ways (six high).

During the base game, landing a white orb can upgrade or trigger the Symbol Change Bonus (left cat), while landing a black orb can upgrade or trigger the Reel Grow Bonus (right cat). Both cats can be triggered at once when both a white orb and a black orb land.

When a bonus is triggered, the player spins a wheel featuring four progressive free spins meters (red, green, blue and purple) to determine how many spins they get in the bonus.

Additional notes on Knock Knock Guardians

  • A random progressive free spins meter (red, green, blue or purple) will increment by one whenever a Symbol Change Bonus and/or Reel Grow Bonus is upgraded or awarded.

  • The wheel spin also includes jackpots (mini, minor, major or grand) in addition to the free spins meters. If you land one of the jackpots, you get to spin the wheel again. So you will always eventually end up triggering the free spins bonus.

  • The cracks on the cat statues don’t mean anything. Only pay attention to the level displayed below the cat.

  • After the bonus feature, the cat you triggered gets reset to level one.

  • During the bonus feature, you can’t trigger the other cat. However, it’s possible to upgrade levels during the feature on the cat you did trigger. This is why if you want to play more aggressively, you can play with only one cat maxed out with the hope that you will get the upgrade during the feature if you trigger the non-maxed-out cat.

  • The red free spins meter resets to 50, the green free spins meter resets to 25, the blue free spins meter resets to 10 and the purple free spins meter resets to 5.

  • In the Queen version, the premium symbol is the Queen (angel). In the Raider version, the premium symbol is the Raider (Indiana Jones guy).

  • You can tap the bet level on the main touchscreen to check the machine without having to bet (or even put money in).

Both the left cat and right cat are at level 3 (notice how it says MAX under their feet).

The feature can pay very well when you trigger both maxed out cats at once—this one paid nearly 300x.
