Frankenstein features an array of prizes above the reels—jackpot prizes with orange flames (grand, super, major, maxi, minor and mini) and credit prizes with blue electricity. The prizes get random multipliers added to them whenever a Power Up symbol lands in the first reel. Landing an It’s Alive symbol in the first reel, combined with at least one Frankenstein head symbol in reels two through five, triggers the It’s Alive feature. During the It’s Alive feature, each Frankenstein head that landed shoots up electricity to a random prize above the reels, awarding the player that prize along with any multipliers attached to it. After the feature is completed, the multipliers are removed and two or three new multipliers are added randomly to the prizes (excluding the three smallest blue prizes).

The smaller prizes are easier to trigger during the It’s Alive feature, so having the multipliers spread out amongst the smaller blue prizes is lower variance compared to having the multipliers concentrated in the larger blue or orange prizes.
The grand jackpot is a wide-area progressive that resets to either $200,000 or $400,000. Only wagers above $3 are eligible for the grand. The grand cannot have multipliers applied to it and it cannot be won during the free games.
Landing the Power Up symbol increments the multiplier on one of the prizes between one and five times.
The multipliers are capped at a maximum value of 10x on any one prize.
There are several Frankenstein demo videos on YouTube from Light & Wonder that feature a beta version of the game. The production version found in casinos (and described here) has several notable differences, such as eight free games during the bonus rather than ten, the special Frankenstein heads with flames that award the orange jackpots and a base number of multipliers that are added at reset.
Frankenstein has an RTP that ranges from...

Landing an It’s Alive symbol in the first reel combined with Frankenstein heads in the other reels triggered the It’s Alive feature. During the feature, each Frankenstein head shoots up electricity to trigger one of the prizes above. You can see the orange Frankenstein head with flames awarded the mini jackpot that had a 6x multiplier attached to it.
