Dragon Spin CrossLink features five bags that slowly fill in with gold when gold medallion symbols land in the corresponding reels below. Any time a gold medallion symbol lands, it may randomly trigger the Dragon Spin feature. During the Dragon Spin feature, bags that contain more gold add larger credit prizes to the reels below.

During the Dragon Spin feature, there is a multiplier at the end of each row of credit prizes that randomly varies from 1x up to 10x. So the random multipliers will have a huge effect on your results.
Having more bags filled with gold does not mean the Dragon Spin feature is any closer to hitting. It is completely random when it triggers. The advantage comes from the gold bags adding larger credit prizes to the feature.
The Dragon Spin feature is a hold & spin, but unlike traditional hold & spins, landing another credit prize will only give you one additional spin rather than the typical three.
The bags tend to fill up fairly evenly, so it is not common to find setups mixed with full bags and empty bags.

There are six different levels to the bags—the sparkles differentiate the level six bag from the level five bag. The numbers below the bags represent their value.
During the Dragon Spin feature, bags with more gold add larger credit prizes to the reels below the bags. Notice that the sparkling bag in the middle reel has the largest credit prize ($60), which dropped into the two positions below. Both of these credit prizes will get multiplied by the multiplier at the end of the row. So this bonus ended up paying $300 (60x2 + 60x3).
